This disclosure supplements the WeightCareDeals Privacy Notice for California residents. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to F1 Health LLC or WeightCareDeals, this page describes categories of information and rights that may be available.
Categories of personal information
Depending on your interactions, we may handle identifiers and contact information such as name, email, mobile number, and ZIP code; internet/network activity such as IP address, browser/device information, referral information, and site activity; customer-service communications; and preference or consent records such as SMS opt-in and opt-out status.
Our standard registration does not request Social Security number, payment-card number, date of birth, precise geolocation, diagnosis, medical records, or insurance-policy number.
Sources and business purposes
We collect information directly from you and ordinary website/server interactions. We use it to provide requested savings resources, discount-card access, support, communications, site security, consent/suppression records, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Sale and sharing
Based on the current stated practices, WeightCareDeals / F1 Health LLC does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service providers
We may disclose information to service providers or contractors that perform hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, support, security, data storage, or fulfillment of requested services.
Your California rights
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, opt out of sale/sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable, and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights.

Email support@weightcaredeals.com with the subject "California Privacy Request." For marketing communications, you may also use our Opt Out page. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity.
