F1 Health LLC operates weightcaredeals.com ("WeightCareDeals," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, savings resources, registration, discount-card access, communications, calculators, and related services.

1. Nature of the Services

WeightCareDeals provides general information about weight-management savings, prescription discounts, wellness-related offers, GLP-1-related promotions, and related products or services. We also provide access to a general pharmacy discount card after registration and a browser-based cost comparison tool.

WeightCareDeals and F1 Health LLC are not healthcare providers, pharmacies, insurers, pharmacy benefit managers, or prescription services. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe or dispense medication, determine medical eligibility, or provide individualized medical advice.

2. Registration and discount card

You may register using accurate contact information to access the pharmacy discount card. Registration does not require payment information or date of birth. The discount card is not insurance, and pharmacy participation, pricing, availability, and savings vary. No savings on any specific medication are guaranteed.

3. SMS program terms

Account/service texts: A separate optional checkbox allows you to consent to recurring account/service text messages. This checkbox is unchecked by default.

Marketing/promotional texts: A separate optional checkbox allows you to consent to recurring marketing and promotional text messages, which may include weight-management savings, GLP-1-related offers and promotions, prescription discounts, wellness-related offers, and related products or services. This checkbox is also unchecked by default.

For either SMS program, message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase, registration, or receiving the free prescription savings card. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also use our Opt Out page or email support@weightcaredeals.com. A one-time confirmation may be sent after an opt-out request.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Service providers may process information as needed to operate messaging, hosting, support, security, or requested services, subject to our Privacy Notice.

4. Offers and third-party services

The site may discuss or link to third-party programs, providers, pharmacies, products, services, or promotions. We do not control third parties' pricing, eligibility, medical decisions, inventory, coverage, terms, or service quality. Review the applicable third-party terms before purchasing or enrolling.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse the site, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or use the Services in violation of law.

6. Informational and medical disclaimer

Content is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a recommendation to start, stop, or change any medication. Questions concerning medical treatment or prescription medication should be directed to an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

7. Calculator disclaimer

The cost calculator performs arithmetic on amounts you enter. It does not determine insurance coverage, treatment suitability, eligibility, tax consequences, or actual future costs.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free information, particular savings, eligibility, availability, pricing, or suitability for a specific purpose.

9. Intellectual property

WeightCareDeals site content, branding, and original graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, and discount-card materials remain property of their respective owners.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information associated with the Services.

11. Changes

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted here with an updated date.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
